Another attempt by Mr. Rey to report Tyranny in Pima County was effectuated By My Rey, Mr. Special Agent RICK VALENCIA of the Az Tucson Attorney Generals Office very clearly did not want to help charge and prosecute the Law breaking Sheriffs and County Attorneys. in FACT if you listen closely Special Agent RICK VALENCIA stated that he could not do anything unless he had a written Referral from the Agencies. to our teams Knowledge and to date no such referrals have been sent out. Mr. Rey was complaining about class 5 felony crimes alleged to be committed by local officials. Additionally Mr Special Agent Rick Valencia advised Mr. Rey that he does not schedule Appointments to interview whiteness. Mr. Rey Advised Mr. Valencia if he did not or would not INTERVIEW Mr. Rey’s witness than accordingly Mr. Rey would Obtain the Services of an Investigator (to Help preserve the EVIDENCE) sense it seems Mr. Rick Valencia was only going to contact the Agencies as to TIP THEM OFF instead of reviewing my EVIDENCE and arresting and charging the LAW Breaking Officials. Mr. Rick Valencia also stated something to the affect of that if Mr. Rey did not hear from Rick Valencia than there was nothing he could do. Mr. Rey Explained to us his opinion as follows …
